Glass screw bottle - a classic container for liquids, which is used for packaging wide variety of products.
In our country, it is usually used for storing alcoholic drinks in which case a special attention is paid to the appearance of the bottle and - especially its cap.
However, in small series of products, branded aluminum cap for screw bottle becomes uneconomical. And the use of simple, undecorated caps has been for a long time strongly associated with alcoholic drinks of lower price segment, so goods in bottles, corked so, are automatically indicated by consumers as goods of low quality.
Getting even a small batch of your produce at a decent price level will be realized by our plastic Cap.
Our Cap is an analogue of the standard aluminum one and comes in three sizes:
28x22 (analogue aluminum 28x18),
28x40 (analogue aluminum 28x38),
30x45 (analog aluminum 30x44).
The advantages of our cap:
• Reasonable price even for small batches,
• Plastic cap is not wrinkled during transportation,
• presentablility. In conventional capping aluminum cap may be wrinkled in the thread which spoils the appearance, but in our cap thread is inside, so it has not this problem (see. сomparable photos),
• Minimal batch of the cap in the standard color range - from 5000 pcs,
• Ability to manufacture a small batch of caps (from 15 000 pcs.) with individual design (drawing thermo-stamping)
• Closing of products can be performed without the use of capping heads.
